Philadelphia is known for its food which is why we want to share our favorite food spots in the city. Whether you are looking for a full dining experience, a quick bite or a few drinks and snacks - Philly has it all!
POD
3636 Sansom Street
Our top personal favorite restaurant in the city! If you are looking for the best sushi, wasabi rice or mojito in Philadelphia, then POD is the spot. Along with the amazing food, the decor is also captivating!
Tria
Fitler Square: 2227 Pine Street
Rittenhouse: 123 South 18th Street
Spanning four locations in the city, our favorites are the bustling Rittenhouse cafe and the quiet Fitler Square spots. The cafe is the perfect spot for a glass of wine and a cheese board or small salad, while the Fitler Square location is great for a more filling meal of risotto or gnocchi.
Veda
1920 Chestnut Street
The best Indian dishes in the city! Our favorite dishes are the naan, saffron basmati rice, lamb vindaloo and goan curry shrimp. You can also share all of the dishes as well, which is great if you have a larger group.
Sweetgreen
1821 Chestnut Street
A great counter service stop for organic and healthy salads. You can order to go or stay and enjoy at any of their six Philadelphia locations.
URBN Campus
The URBN Campus at the Navy Yard is great for lunch get togethers or lunch meetings, with their action stations of salads, stir fry, soups and Mediterranean plates. Also a great spot for the perfect food Instagram photo!
Mercato
1216 Spruce Street
A quiet BYOB that is famous for their market board, pyramid pasta and Berkshire pork chop. We also love their no cell phone request - so refreshing!
Dandelion
124 South 18th Street
The best spot in the city for traditional afternoon tea. At night, Dandelion transforms into an upscale UK-inspired pub with small plates and larger, more traditional, dishes as well. The fish and chips is delicious!
Whole Foods
2101 Pennsylvania Ave
This Whole Foods "super store" is a super market along with an eatery. Made of mostly make your own stations, it also offers a few special order to go counters as well. You can take it home or eat in at their quick bite tables. Enjoy a variety of salads, soups, pizzas, sandwiches, warm foods and much more.
Gran Caffe L'Aquila
1716 Chestnut Street
Home of the best gelato with flavors such as nutella, hazelnut, banana and so many more!
Citizens Bank Park
Philadelphia Phillies Ballpark
1 Citizens Bank Way (Corner of Pattison Ave + 11th Street)
The best and most creative ballpark eats you will ever experience! CBP houses more then just your average stadium concessions stands. Enjoy plates from their specialty stands, Harry The K's dine-in, full service restaurant or if you're a V.I.P. ticket holder, the Hall of Fame bistro or Diamond Club sit down restaurant. CBP also offers organic and vegan food options as well, being voted healthiest ballpark on more then one occasion.
