It's time for our review of the January IPSY GlamBag! ELECTRIC is loving the subtle Olympics-style theme to this month's bag. We received items that are great for the cold weather and also for skin-scare during the often brutal cold in the Northern East Coast.
IPSY Makeup Bag - Sporty Mesh (Neon)
We love that this month's GlamBag is giving us Olympic vibes! It is the perfect durable winter makeup bag or pouch to carry items in.
NUDESTIX - Magnetic Matte Lip Pencil (Go Girl Color)
I love trying any new lip pencil that will ultimately give my lips a more shaped look. Personally, I have full lips to start but I do like a lip pencil that will define them. I also love that I received the Go Girl color because it matches perfectly with a lot of my lipstick shades. I really love a good matte lip product so this was a great item to receive.
F.A.R.A.H. Brushes - Z-Tweeze Dual Ended Tweezer
I love this product. For the past two years, I have shifted to waxing and shaping my own eyebrows so this is a great item to add to my brow styling. I have really thick brows and this has made it even easier to shape specific points.
Trust Fund Beauty - Lip Scrub
The lip scrub is the only item I have not tried from the January GlamBag. I have a few personal allergies so I always try to use specific brands that I know do not affect my skin in any way when it comes to scrubs and similar products. I am passing this off to a friend so hopefully she will love it!
THEBALM Cosmetics - Mary Lou Manizer
I feel like this is where IPSY really knows me! I like a lot of neutral based colors when it comes to makeup and this eyeshadow is a great addition. I like that it is a base color with some shimmer to give an extra pop to your eyes and it also will work with every skin tone which is another great thing about this product. I will definitely be buying it in full size in the future.
We, here at ELECTRIC, also love that this month's accompanying card allows you to fill in your own goal. It's a great way to get involved and be self-assesing. What will you conquer this week, month, or year?
