IPSY Glam Bag - Blushing Pink & Lace Trimmed
The February IPSY Glam Bag is themed to represent love, a mix of a blush velvet-isa fabric and black lace. Although the bag is definitely stylish and fun, it is actually my least favorite thus far of all of the IPSY Glam Bags I have received here at ELECTRIC. I love the concept because I honestly am in fashion love with anything having to do with lace, black lace specifically, but I am not completely sold on the blush velvet-style material that makes up most of the glam bag. In the few days since I have received this month's goodies, I have found that this bag's material picks up every piece of lint imaginable.
PUR Mini Fully Charged Mascara - Black
I like to try different mascaras so I am always happy to see new mascara products in our Glam Bags every month. I think the PUR Fully Charged Mascara product is a good item if you are looking for something that will give the lash a thicker, fuller look. I would definitely recommend this mascara to anyone looking for a new eyelash product.
Beaute Basics Eyeshadow - Sweet Taffy or Lavish
I love this eyeshadow! Our bag contained the Lavish shade and I have already used it everyday since receiving this month's IPSY Glam Bag. The best thing about this product is how long-lasting it is. Over the weekend, I went to Manhattan for the day and after applying the eyeshadow at about 10AM, by 9PM, when I returned home, I had to actually scrub it off with my makeup removal wipes. Anyone who is into eyeshadows knows how tough it can be to find good-quality eye makeups that actually last for hours without creasing, but the Beaute Basics Lavish product definitely solves that problem. Receiving this item in our company's February Glam Bag even has me considering switching to solely use this brand for eyeshadows. I completely recommend this product to anyone willing to try!
Biobelle Perfecting Primer Facial Mask (2)
I have actually not tried this product due to its contents of related sulfites. I do not use any products that contain any sorts of sulfates, sulfites, sulfa or any other related ingredients so I will be passing this along to a friend for a proper test use. I look forward to finding out whether my friend likes this item or not (hopefully she does!).
Luxie Beauty Blending & Shading Eye Brush 249
I, personally, really like Luxie brushes so I was happy to see one in our February Glam Bag. I like how easy this brand's brushes glide against the skin, it's a smooth application, which can make all the difference. Luxie brushes also pick up a good amount of product, especially with eyeshadows, which helps the application product because you can cover more area at one time, instead of having to constantly dip the brush back into the product. I highly recommend Luxie brushes.
Marc Anthony Strengthening Grow Long Leave In Conditioner
This is another product that I have not tried from this month's Glam Bag. Personally, I am very limited when it comes to hair care products. I have naturally really curly and thick hair and my stylist highlights it blonde every 4-8 months and I solely use UNITE products. For my hair, I do have a specific routine that I do not stray away from, but I am planning to pass this product along to one of my friends who has a more open hair care routine.
